I had the pleasure to meet Fran when she would ocassionally come to the health services at The Hartford. She had an indominable spirit. I would have retired long before she did! She obviously lived for the opportunity to be with other people. I will miss her presence here.

I'm very sorry to hear about Fran's passing. She was very nice to work with here at The Hartford. I will miss her very much. She made us all laugh with her comic sense of humor..
