Francis Joseph "Frank" Bailey, age 63, of Alma, MI, passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2023.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Frank was born in Hightstown, New Jersey on September 7, 1959 the son of William H. and Elizabeth F. (Dey) Bailey. He was a graduate of Bay Village High School with the Class of 1977. On May 3, 2019, he married Dawn Marie Collar in Las Vegas, NV.

In his younger years, Frank was a golden gloves boxer and later coached boxing. Frank was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. He also enjoyed attending concerts. Spending time with his grandchildren brought him great joy. Frank also enjoyed going to auctions and recently started collecting coins. He attended Nativity of the Lord Parish, Mount Saint Joseph Catholic Church, St. Louis, MI.

He is survived by his wife Dawn Bailey of Alma, MI; daughter Amber and Brad Burns of Sunfield, MI; step-daughters: Candace Pilkinton of Stanton, MI; Rebecca and Jack Weyers of Okemos, MI; and Hilary Langin of Mason, MI; step-son Ian Cooper of Mason, MI; eight grandchildren: Paul Burns, Alaina LaMarte, Lukas Mathers, Carson Pilkinton, Jo'Vonna Hill, Willa Weyers, Paxson Weyers, and Presley Weyers; two great-grandchildren: Lucia Lopez and Elliana Lopez; brothers: William and Renee Bailey of North Ridgeville, OH; and Leon and Mary Anne Bailey of Olathe, KS; sister Cindy Bailey of North Ridgeville, OH; several nieces and nephews. Frank was preceded in death by his parents.

Dawn, I just saw this and Kristi and I want to express are deepest sympathies and prayers to Frank, in the short time we knew him he was an inspiration to all of us because of his intense desire to fight. I also knew about his passion for the Packers and Jets....Packers first, I wish you the best and I know he is not suffering and is in a better place.. Thank you Frank, forever in our hearts...
