Mr. C was my neighbor when in Walden Woods. He was always so kind and kept his yard so neat. I always enjoyed talking to him. He was truly the best neighbor. May his memory live on in your hearts forever. He will be missed. My deepest thoughts, prayers and sympathy to the Cunningham family.
