Dyan Johnson Farnworth Dyan Johnson Farnworth loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend returned to her Heavenly Father on May 21, 2011 in SLC, Utah, due to complications from cancer. She was born in San Diego, California, September 1944, the 2nd of 5 children born to Fred and Dolly Winget Johnson. She was raised in Provo, Utah where she attended Provo High School. She then returned to school earning her degree as a Registered Nurse graduating from Weber State. She was passionate in her nursing career caring for those in need including her two granddaughters Chantel and Kym after their mother Nanette passed away. She married Kim Farnworth on April 22, 1980. She was preceeded in death by her parents Fred and Dolly Winget Johnson, her mother and father-in-law Dean and Louise Farnworth, brothers F. David Johnson and Jerald J. Johnson. She is survived by her husband Kim, daughter, Lynn (Randy) Crofts, sons Deny(Trisha) Farnworth, Gary Farnworth. Step-son, Michael (Tammy) Farnworth, step-daughters, Kimi(Sean)Steele, Amy(Dan)Shelly. Brothers, Don (Pam) Johnson, Larry (Micki) Johnson, sister-in-law Carol Johnson brother-in-laws Roger (Margene) Farnworth and Van (Sharlene) Farnworth; 18 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at 11:00 am. in the Highland First Ward Chapel, 8273 North Simpson Springs Road, Eagle Mountain. Friends may call at the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home, 646 East 800 North Orem, Utah, Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. or Wednesday at the ward chapel from 9:30-10:30 prior to the services. The family would like to express appreciation to American Fork Hospital ICU for the dedicated care and kindness to our wife and mother during her time of need.
