Francis "Frank" Winslow Westerman

The first time I went out to breakfast with Frank, I felt like I was having breakfast with a celebrity. Almost everyone in the establishment knew him by name! The employees were giving him hugs/kisses, they all knew his order by heart, and many customers stopped him to ask how he´s been doing. He made families around the table laugh with his silly jokes and little kids smile when playing "peek a boo" with them, using his iconic cowboy hat! It was beautiful to see just how much the community enjoyed his company.

I met Frank many years ago...he was always upbeat with a good sense of humor. Always a pleasure to talk too....he always had a story. He will be missed! RIP my friend.
