Saturday morning trombone lessons with Mr. H. at the old house in Nativity's parking lot. Playing "Fidgits"? as my warmup piece throughout high school and college. He introduced the joy and pleasure of music to me and so many others. Such great memories... God bless you Mr. Heilmann and family. My sincerest sympathy to all of your family.

God bless you all as you go through this hard time of grief, but rest assured you were very blessed to have such a wonderful man as head of your family! Fran was one of the best!

Mr. Heilmann was my elementary music teacher at The Highlands and Whitehall Elementary, and I was very fortunate to have gotten to know him. He was always very kind and patient, which was important with early string students like myself. His excellent teaching led me to many years of violin as I continued to play for a very long time. My deepest sympathy to all of your family.

Mr. Heilmann taught me to love music. He was my violin teacher at McGibney, and I have the most wonderful memories of him. He had such a kind and gentle way about him, and he was an absolutely wonderful teacher. I am now a teacher in BW, and I try to employ some of those same gentle characteristics that Mr. Heilmann taught me so long ago. My deepest sympathies go out to his family. May you find comfort in those whose hearts he touched.

Dear Heilmann Family,
How proud you can all be of belonging to this wonderful family. So many people I know can't mention your name without a big smile. Great memories are things that help us get through the hard times in life. Thank you so much for adding to my store. It has been a blessing for me to think fondly of you. My love and prayers.

Dear Heilmann Family,
My deepest sympathy to you all in your time of loss. Mr. Heilmann was my first music teacher. His patient, supportive manner left a lasting impression on me to this day, and I will always remember the look he would give me whan I played flat or sharp (which he would then correct). He was a "Gem" of a person, no question.

My deepest sympathies to the Heilmann family. I sang with Fran in the Nativity Choir for three years. While singing with Fran I enjoyed his friendship and he enhanced my knowledge of music and contributed to my enjoyment of the choir. I will miss him.
