Francis J. Witkowski

Francis J. "Butch" Witkowski, 66, of Hamilton, passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at home surrounded by his loving family. Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong area resident. Francis was employed for many years with General Motors as a Tool and Dye Maker, after which he went on to work for the Townsend Machine Company as a Supervisor, before his retirement in 2008. He was an avid angler who enjoyed both saltwater and freshwater fishing. He also enjoyed gardening, painting and drawing. He is survived by his loving wife, Janice Witkowski; his two children, Christine J. Lyon, of Chesterfield, and Jason P. Witkowski, of Mt. Holly; his grandchildren, Sienna and Chase; his sisters, Jane Wise, of West Springfield, MA and Carol Berlinger, of Allentown; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 5, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square, NJ. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hamilton, NJ. Relatives and friends may call on Sunday, August 4, 2013 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the Saul Colonial Home.
