It is with deep sadness to hear of Frank's passing. I am truly honored to have known Frank for many years through our work, such a great person. I always admired his knowledge of our profession and business savvy. I will never forget his helpfulness and respect he gave me when we had the opportunity to work together. My sincere condolences to the Boggs family.
