Frank was perhaps the most generous man that I have ever meant. He had a lot to do with helping many young people in our community to stay on the right path by helping them in a major way, to play football. Frank always was someone whose advice I appreciated and always lots of fun. Frank always made it very clear how important his family was. Frank will be missed and I must admit I will miss that friendly pat on my shoulder to remind me to lose some weight.

To all the Chapman Clan:

I had the pleasure of working with Frank on many occasions and truly enjoyed his outlook on life. He was always sharp as a tack, and one or two steps ahead of everyone else. Frank always had a clever line for anyone that challenged his intellect yet also gave so freely of his time whether it was sports, the Firefighters Club, or any other fundraising effort.

Please accept my condolences on the loss of Frank.

Truly a life well lived.
