Frank and Terri are our daughter's godparents. We lost contact over the years but when I last spoke to Frank in 2008 we had just as many laughs then as we used to have 30 years prior. Rest in Peace, Dear Frank

To Jay, and the Coble family. I am sorry to hear about Frank. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him reffing games. I bet I smiled every time I saw his name in my group. I hope the pain of your loss eventually is overtaken by the smiles and joy when reliving your memories with him.

Mike and I will always remember Frank from our days at WWHS and Port Norfolk Baptist Church. His sense of humor was one of his best qualities. Although we have all lost touch through the years some of our fondest memories from those days include Frank. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and all of your family. Julie & Mike Boone

I remember Frank from WWHS. Wasn't he in 'Mame' playing Ito? Good times and memories from so many years ago. Terri and Donald, my sympathies to you and your family.

Terri and the entire Coble and Goldman family. I am so sorry for your loss. As I reflect on growing up with Frank, I will always remember the fun times we had at PNBC especially the musicals. He always made us laugh when everyone was being too serious. Frank will be missed by all of us. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
Love,

To the Coble Family,
I knew Frank through soccer before I knew the rest of the family. He was respected and loved in the soccer community, having mentored so many and officiated for most everyone. Personally though, Frank was much more to me. I know your loss is great. I will keep all of you in my prayers. He will be missed.

To the Coble Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I knew of Frank through my son. He always loved reffing with Frank and had nothing but wonderful things to say about him.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
