My husband and I loved when Doug's parents came for the 4th of July. Once you met them you feel like you have known them all your lives, and that you were happy you were going to see them again because they felt like family. Mr. Francis was indeed a very respected man and a loving man. What a honorable legacy this man has left for his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. I am sure when he got to heaven the Lord said to him "well done my good and faithful servant". I am sure the one thing that he wishes to leave everyone is to love the Lord with all your heart as he did. God bless the whole Francis family

Doug, Ben, Becky, I am so sorry about Uncle Frankie. You dad was a good man. and although I did not see him much, me living in the bay area, I still remember the times he and your mom would come to visit his sister, my mom. Every time they came your mom would bring Leo (my husband) homemade penut butter cookies. Your parents were fun to be around. As a child, my sister and i stayed with them for a week or so. They both lived good and happy lives. I hope the fond memories we all have of them will help ease the sorrow we all feel. They are both in Gods memory now. One day, we will see them again. Leo and I send our love to you.
