FRANK HINES Obituary
Frank Hines, Sr., age 97, Retired Auto Mechanic & Member of Gordon Chapel Community Church (Hawthorne, FL) went home to be with the Lord on December 30, 2015 during his stay at Haven Hospice/E.T. York Care Center (Gainesville, FL).
Funeral Services will be held 12:30PM Saturday, January 9, 2016, at the Female Protective Society Temple (Gainesville, FL) with Reverend Bernard Walker officiating. Burial will follow at Jim Milton Cemetery (Bronson, FL). Mr. Hines will be viewed at the Funeral Home on Friday 2:00-7:00PM - At the Temple on Saturday 30 Minutes prior to the Service - And with the Processional. The Procession will form at the residence of his Daughter - Gwendolyn H. Hall, 3119 NE 11th Terrace, Gainesville, at 11:45AM.
Those left to cherish his memory: wife (of 75 years) - Elizabeth Porter Hines of Gainesville, FL; daughters - Frankie H. Hayes and Gwendolyn H. Hall (Helen Ceasar, Frances Johnson and Juanita Sanders preceded him in death); sons - Lucious Hines Sr. (& Terri) all of Gainesville, FL (Frank Hines Jr. and Juan Hines preceded him in death); sons-in-law - Sterling Ceasar, Kenneth Hall and Henry Sanders (all of Gainesville, FL); 14 grands; 33 great grands; 13 great-great grands; in-laws; nieces & nephews; cousins; & friends.
Arrangements Entrusted To: DUNCAN BROTHERS' FUNERAL HOME, 428 NW 8TH Street, Gainesville, FL.

The Last of the Hines Brothers! Uncle Frank was a great Uncle, and an even better person! Unc, fought the fight, but it was time for him to rest, so God called him home to rejoin his brothers and sisters! The one thing that I always will remember, is that on his birthday, he attended my Dad (his baby brother) funeral! I remember thinking just how hard that had to be for him!Uncle Frank will be missed by all who loved and cherished him, but know this, Uncle Frank is now with Grandpa Grand Momma Joe, and all of his brothers, sisters,son, and daughters! God speed Unc! Rest in Peace, as I'm sure that you will, now that the Hines Clan are reunited!
