On Saturday, January 14, 2017, Frank H. Kutz, age 85, of Rogers, Ohio, formerly of Pittsbugh. Beloved husband of Ruth Ireland Kutz; dear father of Nancy Kutz of Burgettstown, PA, Janice (Ken) Jenkins of Smithville, TX, David F. Kutz of Robinson Twp., PA and the late Beverly Kutz; grandfather of the late Alexandra Tusa; brother of the late Lois K. Schlacks. Frank was the President of Kutz Engineering, Inc., Kutz Industrial Park, Inc., and Tate-Jones, Inc. for many years. Friends may attend his inurnment service with military honors in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies in Cecil Twp., PA on Tuesday, January 24, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. (please arrive at the cemetery by 10:15 a.m.) A memorial service will be held at The First Church of Christ, 20 W. Martin St., East Palestine, OH on Tuesday, January 24, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice may be made in memory of Frank. Arrangements entrusted to HERSHBERGER - STOVER INC. FUNERAL HOME, Crafton.
