of Chisago City, formerly of Browerville, Minnesota

died, Sunday, January 13, 2008

Frank was the proud owner/operator of Tolerance Masters Inc., a precision machine shop in Minneapolis.  He made many parts for the airlines, medical equipment and the space program.  Frank enjoyed every day spent at the shop.  He always said "he quit working when he started his own shop" which he began in the late 1950's and continued until his retirement in 1994.  He always looked forward to finding ways to help his friends and family.  He was a member of the Zuhrah Shriners.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mary (Baron); brothers, Joseph, Jerome, Roland.  He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him including his beloved wife of 34 years Dorothea, former wife and mother of their three sons Alice Swanson; sons, Wayne (Jane), Warren (Desiree), Wallace (Kim); step-daughter Karen (Lawrence) Hiles; eight grandchildren; one great granddaughter; siblings, Rosina Chaffee, Mary Poveda, Anthony, Edward (Penny), Romaine; many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 18, 2008 at Faith Lutheran Church, 886 North Shore Drive, Forest Lake.  The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
