I've just learned of Frank's passing and am stunned. I did not work directly with Frank, but knew him from the various annual CAYSA conferences and various other training and informational meetings that DOCS held throughout the years. He always had a smile on his face and was quick to make you feel an accepted part of any group. He was too young to have left us and I know he will be missed by his family and friends. I hadn't realized that he had retired to FL, just as we have. We're glad that he was able to enjoy a few years of retirement before leaving for his final place. After the sadness, may the happy memories be with you and yours always. Karen Dancho and Michael Mosher (Spring Hill, FL)
