It is with great sadness that the family of Frank Peter Morgiewicz announces his unexpected passing on Jan. 8, 2018, due to medical complications. Frank was born on July 11, 1953, to Eleanor Brogdowski and John Morgiewicz in Port Jernis, NY. Frank was a graduate of Port Jernis High School, class of 1971, a graduate of SUNY Albany and obtained his master's degree at the University of Coral Gables at Miami, Florida. His professional achievements are many. The most recent include being the COO of Gordon Logistics; prior to that he lead ArrowStream in Chicago as their CEO where he transitioned to their Board of Directors. He also made numerous travels globally to establish franchises for PepsiCo Corporation. Frank's survivors include his beloved wife, Laurie Caraher Morgiewicz; his beloved mother, Eleanor Morgiewicz Roll; his children, Mara Paradis, Kat Morgiewicz (Nic), Mike Morgiewicz (Lenore), Connor Zahrobsky, Owen Zahrobsky and Cara Zahrobsky; his precious grandson, Aiden Leonhardt; his siblings, Ann Dilger (Rich), Carol Burns (Ron), and John Morgiewicz (Debbie); his first wife, Linda Lee; and his many nieces, nephews and in-laws. Frank was predeceased by his fraternal and maternal grandparents; his father, John Morgiewicz; and his nephew, Jerry Dilger. Frank will never be forgotten. Goodbye is not forever, goodbye is not the end. It simply means I'll miss you until we see you again. Please contact the family for inquiries regarding memorial contributions in Frank's name. Friends will be received on Sunday from 1-4 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. in the HUNTSMAN FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES OF MOON TWP., 1522 Coraopolis Hts. Rd. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Margaret Mary Roman Catholic Parish Moon Twp. Everyone please meet at church.
