Dear Aunt Margie and Family:
A thousand words can be written here on these pages and still not tell the whole story of a wonderful man and his life. I believe I could write that many words about my memories of Uncle Frank. I believe that although he was dealt a heavy blow in life after the accident, he was given so many special gifts and those gifts have names...Margie and all his children.
All my love to you......Lynda Kreklau(or my more favorite name - Ave's Lynda)

Mr. Mountain has touched many in his life. He put all of his heart into teaching. I was a grade 8 student at Frank Ryan in 1983/84, and was very fortunate to have him as a teacher. He will not be forgotten. May God be with you and your family duing this time of sorrow.

Dear Mrs. Mountain:
My thoughts and prayers are with you and the rest of the family. I was at St. Leonard's in Ms. Skinner's class when Mr. Mountain was teaching the other Grade 6 Class. He was energetic, enthousiastic and very well liked by his students and always had a smile on his face. Please accept my condolences during this difficult time. May God continue to watch over all of you with Frank as your guardian angel.
God Bless.

November, "The month of the dead who will never die"
Dear Maggie and family,
Our love and prayers goes out to you all.... Frank Mountain was certainly, after Mother Teresa the most inspiring influence in my life. Since I first met him some 20 years ago just before he sat in that chair of his....I still see him walking briskly and standing tall for life....
Remembering how instrumental he has been since Dr Lafrance's campaigns in the 80's....to his last letter to our supporters at Campaign Life Coalition....
He shall reap his abundant reward....
We pray for you all...
R.I.P. Frank Mountain
You will not be forgotten....

To Margie and Family,
I read this wonderful passage by Henry Scott Holland the other day and I hope it brings comfort to you.
Death is nothing at all.
I have only slipped into the next room. I am I and you are you. Whatever we were to each other that we still are. Call me by my old familiar name, speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Put no difference in your tone, wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow.
Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes we enjoyed together.
Let me name be ever the household word that it always was, let it be spoken without effect, without the trace of a shadow on it.
Life means all that it ever meant.
it is the same as it ever was, there is no broken continuity. Why should I be out of mind becuase I am out of sight? I am waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near, just around the corner. All is well
My prayers and thoughts are with you at this time.

I too was a student at Frank Ryan and remember Mr. Mountain. I remember raising money with our Turkey Trot to help him get his accessible van. He was full of spirit and accepted what ever life threw at him with dignity and courage. He will always be remembered. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Words inadequate to express such a loss, the sorrow, I feel, yet I rejoice to have been blessed with such a special loving man, whom I had the privilege of calling "Uncle Francis" My love and my prayers reach out to Margie, the love of Francis life, and his beautiful children, you were all truly loved by this man, who led such an extraordinary life. The beautiful relationship he shared with his devoted sister, my mother Faustina. Rest in peace Francis , you so deserve this peace. You will be forever missed. With all my/our love, Donna-Marie, Marven, Faustina and all the Woodfords xoox
