Frank was a veteran and a proud member of The American Legion. He retired from a long career as an associate engineer at Western Electric/AT&T. He was a skilled craftsman and loved working on home improvement projects. One of his favorite past times was to shop for building supplies. He also loved to fish and was a very talented dancer. Frank was an exceptional soccer player. He enjoyed reminiscing about his four-time state championship team from Morton High School in Berwyn, Illinois. He also played in the Sparta ABA Football Club a semi-professional soccer club, which was the runner up for the National Championship in 1947.
