I have very fond memories of Frank, from the days when I rode the truck with my Dad ( Ray Likes. Frank was always fun and he gave me grief everyday calling me Lawerence knowing that made me angry so I called him Frances. Simple little story that may not mean much to some but meant a lot to me. Prayers for all of the family.

Frank, you and Dad can take care of fueling Heaven til we get there.

Marsha and Timmy,
You and the entire family still remain in my thoughts and prayers during this journey. Frank had a contagious smile that would light up any room! He was a kind and gentle spirited man that would do anything for anybody. I was blessed to have been able to have called Frank Outlaw "my friend". Take comfort that he is dwelling in the Lord's paradise surrounded by his loved ones and is pain free. One day you all will rejoice with Frank and dance in paradise. He maybe gone from this world but will always remain in ours.

Marsha, when I think of Frank I see him with a big smile and warm welcome for everyone. It is because I believe and stand by the promises Christ made concerning life after death. When the criminal on the cross hanging next to Christ asked Him to remember him when Jesus entered his kingdom. Jesus answered him, "Don't worry I will. Today you will join me in paradise." Frank is in paradise with Christ passing out those same warm smiles free from pain, worries and waiting for his loved ones to join him. Frank has made the journey we are all preparing for and we grieve for our loss but at this juncture it is his gain. Christ paid the cost and because of his sacrifice and our belief we have eternal life through Him. It is nothing we can boast about. He paid it all. Mine and Michael's prayers and thoughts are with you and the children and may God give you the strength and comfort you need to make it through this too.
