Bobby G. Parks, 86, of De Kalb, Texas died Saturday, Feb 21, 2015, at his home. Mr. Parks was born Sept. 14, 1928, in Lubbock, Texas. He was a rancher and businessman. He was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Gail Parks in 2000. Survivors include three daughters, Nancy Parks of Tyler, Texas, Diana Hammonds of New Boston, Texas, and Janet Tidwell of De Kalb; three grandchildren, Paul Tidwell, Kristen Lane and Megan Rains; four great-grandchildren, Madison Northcutt, Izabella Northcutt, Paislee Lane and Joslin Tidwell; and one special friend, Polly Waller of De Kalb.
