A celebration of life to be planned when all can celebrate together. Son of Katie May and Forrest Ashton Payne. Siblings: Robert Payne (Loie), Caroline Royston (Edward), and Ashton Payne. Children: Michele Petruzzello (Mike), Vicki Payne and Andrea Pomykala (Dan). Grandchildren: Hayley, Alyssa, Adam, Alex, Oliver, Cole, Sawyer and Penn.

Michele, Vicki, and Andi I am so sorry about your daddy. I have such fond memories of Michele and I going to visit him at his station. He was so much fun to talk to and always made me laugh. My heart aches for you and I am sending lots of hugs and prayers to you all. ❤❤❤

Frank, You were definitely a "Best Friend" and I will miss you dearly. I am saddened by your departure but know you are in a better place. My condolences to those who knew and understood Frank and my sympathy to those who didn't. Rest in peace my good friend.
