Fred served in the United States Army. Fred was a lady's man and enjoyed cutting up. Fred was loved and will be missed by several family members, his church family at New Zion Baptist and friends who grew to love him.
Family will gather to remember Fred on June 25, 2023 at his Eldest daughter, Patricia Williams, residence at 230pm.
