To Fred's family and friends,
I lay here shocked and dismayed at Fred's passing. Although Fred had closer friends than I at KDR fraternity while at Colgate University, I counted myself among them. The last time I recall speaking to Fred was at Colgate one day when we were all playing cards, usually bridge or whist, and we were not sure where we would all be 10 years or 20 years hence. Although some of us weren't certain at all, Fred never wavered from his dream of working at and some day proudly owning the family car dealership. I see that he accomplished that dream and so so much more! I lay here stunned at his early passing, as a brother of men, he'll be missed by one of his "brothers" and Im sure many, many more. Again, my condolences to you all.
