Fred was a One of a Kind man, I grew very close to him after going to Texas with his oldest daughter to be with him after hearing about his illness. I'd liketo say he's a great man....but that's an understatement! He made me laugh so much :-) I truly believe that he was brought into my life for great lessons. I was there when he arrived in Mississippi and I was there when he departed from us here on earth and I look at this all as a true blessing. GD Fred (Grand Dad) I'll miss you tons but know we'll see each other again, so that makes me smile. My 3 boys knew you as Grandad too & loved you as you were their's as well, they'll miss you also. One thing I am sure of is.....Every time there's a COWBOYS game on you'll be the 1st person who any of us think of!!!

Trying to honor all that you asked of us. I'm sure going to miss sharing my recipes with you! Until we meet again, may you rest in peace.
