Fred WERLE Obituary

WERLE Fred J., passed away Thursday, July 27, 2006 at the age of 76. He had spent the past 6 years in Estero, FL. After serving in the Army, he joined the Hamilton County Sheriff's Department where he served as Deputy Sheriff for 33 years, retiring in 1991. He was a member of the VFW Post 7340, the American Legion and FOP Lodge #84. Survivors include Jean, his loving wife of 54 years, two daughters Chris (Gary) Myers and Terri (Dave) Konermann, brother Lee and sister Helena Stoeckley; five grandchildren, Angie (Jack) Rue, Doug and Geoff Myers and Andy and Alyssa Konermann and four great grandchildren, Emily, Allen, Laura and Louis Rue. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Marci, his brother, Phil and sister, Hedwig Semmler. Friends may call at St. Ann Church 2900 W. Galbraith Rd., Groesbeck, Wednesday August 2 from 9:30 A.M. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 A.M. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society or the American Lung Association. Hodapp Funeral Home serving the family.
