Fort Worth, Texas - Freddie J. Fitch, age 88, was called to his heavenly home on June 17, 2021.
The farewell will take place at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, where a graveside service will be held at 12:30pm on Friday, June 25, 2021.
Freddie was born in Fort Worth, Texas in October of 1932 to parents, Katherine and C.W. Fitch. He was a graduate of Tremble Tech. He proudly served his country in the U.S Navy. His strong work ethic was exemplified by his long time employment as a Draftsman and Printmaker for F.A.A.
Freddie enjoyed wood working and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. The family is comforted knowing that he rests in the arms of his Lord and Savior and has been reunited with his beloved wife, Shirley, who preceded him. Freddie is also preceded by his parents and his son, Gary Joe Fitch.
Left to cherish Freddie's memory are: daughter, Debbie Rhodes & husband Rickey Rhodes; grandchildren, Brian Rhodes & wife, Angie, Kimberly Fitzmaurice & husband, Jason; sisters-in-law, Linda (Harold) Colston, Janet (Paul) Smith; great-grandchildren, Emily Rhodes, Ethan Rhodes & Liam Fitzmaurice; nieces, nephews and friends.
