Just wanted to thank everyone that was able to make it to our dad´s funeral who could come. Also would like to thank The Patriot Guard Riders for the escort to Golden Gate National Cemetery. And also to the Sneider & Sullivan & O´Connell´s Funeral Home for taking good of our dad transporting him to his final resting place. Guy

I met Fred in 1995 when my future husband and I flew out to visit! He definitely changed my life in so many good ways! He always had advice and listened to me! He was a straight to the point guy and I loved that about him! I am so proud to call him my father in law! Rest in peace Fred! I love you see you on the other side!

Well, 42 years ago I met Fred at the San Francisco Airport while he was scouting for a place to park his Limousines, a few months later he learned the parking lot was closing and asked me if I wanted to work for him. That was the beginning of one of the best choices I have ever made. He changed my life. Fred became my boss, my Mentor, my friend, a person I could talk to about almost anything and always gave good advice. He became my children's Godfather and a member of my Family. (He always told me that a family member is someone you can trust and believe in whether they are blood related or not). I have so many memories of him and they are to numerous to mention. I will always think of him when I see an American Flag, a Marine symbol, a person being kind to someone and tough at the same time, when the stock market has a great day and a good Dog ( He loved them). I wish everyone could have a " Fred " he was the best. How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.

Words can express the love fred had for everyone he touch he was kind smart and loving. I will miss my best friend ex husband . The love he had was amazing he had a gift of giving great advice and the truth. I love you Fred you truly going to be missed.

Fred married my cousin Dianna who always remained friends even after their marriage had ended. I know Dianna was a comfort to him over these last few years as he became more and more housebound. Especially these last few weeks as he peacefully transitioned at home where he wanted to be.

Fred was a larger than life character who loved everything life had to offer. His many experiences, business ventures, and the people he was lucky to meet were woven into his many stories.

I will always remember his kind and gentle soul as he supported and continued to give advice to Dianna about life, children, and business. He was "Popa" to her son Zac and was a beautiful grandfather figure to him growing up. Dianna and Fred were a perfect example of how to love someone and still maintain a friendship after their marriage ended. He always took care of the people around him.

I respected our great disagreements over politics and people. He could debate with confidence with the best and always respected your opinion. He was the original "pick yourself up by the boot straps", no nonsense kind of guy. And you always wanted him in your corner.

I will never forget hanging out at his house when our son Justin was just born. He loved having babies around and you got to see a rare side of him. That was 34 years ago.

I will always be grateful to Fred for being in Dianna's life and treasure the thought she comforted him in his final days. May you fly with the angels and rest in peace, Fred.
