My wife worked with Fred at WITC for 30 years. Always, always had a smile on his face and a pleasant demeanor. Never a harsh word at the work place. We enjoyed many social outings with Fred and Joy. Down-to-earth folks with hearts of gold. The world was a better place because of them. Rest well, Fred! You deserve it. With sympathy, Al Scholbrock
