Fulvio GIRALDI Obituary
March 12, 1923 – March 13, 2017
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Fulvio Giraldi. Born March 12, 1923 in Cittaducale, Italy and passed away peacefully on March 13, 2017 in Burnaby, B.C. Fulvio was predeceased by his parents, brothers and sisters. He is survived by his loving wife Maria; sons Oreste (Chris) and Maurizio; grandchildren Danielle (Tony) and Nicholas; great-grandchildren Kasandra, Logan, Adalynne, and Zachary; and many family members and friends in Canada and Italy. A Visitation will be held on Monday, March 20 between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. at Ocean View Funeral Home at 4000 Imperial St in Burnaby, B.C. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 21 at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Judes Parish at 3078 Renfrew St, Vancouver with entombment to follow at Ocean View in the Abbey Mausoleum. The family would like to give their heartfelt thanks to the staff at Burnaby General Hospital and extended family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and/or Burnaby General Hospital.
