Many of my memories of Gabriel come from the past when we were growing up in Bellevue and Prince Albert. Gabriel was my older brother Bernard's best friend and they were in residence together at College Notre Dame in Prince Albert and they would come to visit us on weekends. These visits were very exciting for us at our age because they were the oldest and would impress us with their pranks and inventions. Gabriel was much like his father Paul having a talent to find fun and amusement in everything. He also introduced us to Elvis. We will all miss him. Our sincere condolences to all of his family.

Growing up with Gabriel as a cousin was like having another older brother. Many happy memories from then as well as recently having him visit with Marg in the Okanagan to reminisce and seeing him with all of the cousins at the family reunions. Our thoughts are with you all. Relish the thoughts of his smiles and all the happy moments and let the love of family and friends carry you through. . Our love from both of us, Mimi and Yves Beaupré

Jai de beaux souvenirs de M.Gabriel, en particulier toutes ses petites blagues! Back in high school, I always knew he was about to come into class before I could actually see him by the smell of his coffee and so to this day, unexpectedly getting a whiff of java still makes me think of him. Mes plus sincères sympathies à tous.

Mr. Gabriel taught me and my kids at Bellevue School. Still have great memories of this easy going guy. It is sad to lose him so soon. To Keith, Kyle, Glen and Margerite may fond memories of your many adventures sustain you in this time of loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Marg we are truly sorry for your loss! We will always treasure our time spent with Gabe and you at Tanys and Kyle's Christmas parties. Gabe was such a gentle soul. Keith, Kyle, Glenn and families: we know how hard it is to lose someone so special. We have you in our thoughts and prayers. Take comfort that he is no longer in pain and at peace. Luv Akima, Brian, Cordy, and Deidre

It was with great sadness that we learned of Gabes passing... From the time that he was introduced as our French teacher in grade 12 to having the privilege to work with him later on, I always held a deep respect for Monsieur Gabriel . Marguerite, Glen, Keith, Kyle & families....Hank & I send you our heartfelt condolences. He was a gentle, kind man here on earth and were confident that hell continue to look after you from his new home. ❤ Hank & Connie
