Gabriel Hernandez Obituary
Gabe was a true "BOI" as is most of his family. He graduated from Ball High and shortly thereafter he began his law enforcement career with the Galveston County Sheriff's department. Gabe was known locally, and both county and statewide and his career in law enforcement had expanded over forty years. To put it lightly, Gabe knew a lot of people!
But no one knew him better than his children, Elizabeth, Amanda, and Bo. Gabe's wife Jessica was the love of his life as was their new grandson Laiden and their dogs as well. Gabe loved traveling or just sitting out back by the pool with a beer and a good cigar! Gabe was surrounded by his wife and family as he began his final journey. Gabe touched the lives of many people throughout his life and career, and he truly will be missed.
This is not a cry for sorrow but a promise to his family, children, and friends that his memory will last far past tomorrow! No more worries and no more strife, for this truly is a celebration of his life!
His Celebration of life will be held on Saturday March 2, 2024, at The American Legion, 1650 Highway 3, League City, TX 77573 from 1-4 PM.
