So saddened to hear of Gary's illness and passing. I hope wonderful memories will help lighten your loss. Many childhood and teenage memories of both Gary and Brian - especially in horse back riding adventures. I was scared to death! I remember the entire family with fondness. We were neighbours. I was very surprised hearing of Gary passing and I know everybody like myself who knew him will only have great memories. My condolence go to the family, I wish I had been able to attend the final good bye to a great friend.

It is with great sadness that I read of Gary's passing in today's Edmonton Journal.

My husband and I were great griends of his parents, Doug and Iona, and of course we knew Gary as a young man.

My thoughts and prayers are with his family, and with his brother, Brian, and his family.
