NOWAKOWSKI Gary M. Gary M. "Noah" Nowakowski, age 54, of Toledo, passed away on April 11, 2007, at the University of Toledo Medical Center. He was born on December 11, 1952, to Casmier and Catherine (Zitzelberger) Nowakowski in Toledo. Gary worked for Haughton Elevator for 11 years and for Dresch-Tolson Dental Lab as a driver for 10 years. He enjoyed vacations in the Michigan, Upper Peninsula with his neighbor, spending time fishing and snowmobiling. Gary was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and cherished the time he spent with his grandchildren. Gary was preceded in death by his parents. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 32 years, Mitzi (Stewart); sons, Brandon (Sharay) and Brent (Mallorie); grandsons, Andrew, Tony and Carter and brother, Donald Nowakowski. Family and friends may visit at the W.K. Sujkowski & Son Funeral Home, 3838 Airport Hwy., on Friday from 2-8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. in the Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery. The family suggests contributions to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.

Dear Mitzi, I happened to check the daily log on line today and saw Gary's name and knew it had to be your Gary. I went to the archived obituaries and found his. I am so sorry to hear about this. We haven't talked since shortly after you left BCBSO. I'm sure you have been through a lot in recent times. You and the boys and their families are in my prayers. Please e-mail me so we can get together. I hope to hear from you soon.

Dear Mitzi. I watch the paper on line every day but when I see someone who was so much of my life when we were in school it leaves me stuned. I'm so sorry for you and your family. Sue and I have moved to Florida so we can't see you but please know our thoughts are with all of you.
