Geri and family, I have only known Moe for 5 years, he was a man with a lot of
courage. If he believed in something and he knew it was right he would go after it with both feet, he was also the same with people if someone needed his help he would help with all of his might and heart. I had the pleasure of knowing moe before and after he became ill, he put up a fight for his life like no person that I have known. Moe loved his family with all of his heart and he was very proud of each abd everyone of you. If you were ever in Moe's office at his home his life was on the wall. He had lot's of photos of Geri and his children and his dogs. I know for sure that Moe was a good husband, father and a friend to a lot of people. I will miss my friend as I know a lot of people will. He had a wonderful personality. My sympathy to you Geri, and your family.

McKinney Family, I am so sorry to hear about Moe. While I was at Henrico County, I worked with him during his Planning Commission and BZA appointments. He took his appointments very seriously. He did his homework and made fair and informed decisions. And we all know, he was a character. He always greeted me with a joke and a twinkle in his eye. We shared many conversations about our dogs, families and current events. He spoke of all of you often with great pride and love. Please except my deepest sympathies in this time of sorrow.
