I know what a great loss this has been to Carl and Bill. She was a wonderful mother and left her sons with rich memories and values.

I only met Mrs. Schutter once many years ago at Carl's house. I was impressed with her stature and sophisticated presence. Having had a career in Psychology and psychological testing, I am impressed that she pioneered some of the vocational and intelligence testing that I am sure is used to this day.

I met her many times and was duly impressed. I'm sorry to have not been able to talk with her in past years and thought of her many times. You two boys are still part of our family and would to meet you again.

I didn't know Aunt Jenny too well. I just remember looking at her pictures a lot and thinking how beautiful she was! I have spoken on the phone with her a few times and remember how very kind she was. I would like to extend my deepest sympathies to all of her family. I just wish that I had known her better as you all were privileged to do. I'm glad she was in no pain. I'm sure that memories of her will sustain you all.
Much love from her niece,
Betty (Schutter) Davids... daughter of Art & Bert Schutter from Buffalo Center, IA
