Visitation will be Monday April 10, 2017 from 6:00pm -8:00pm at Odessa Funeral Home 1700 N. Jackson Odessa Texas .Funeral service will be Tuesday April 11, at 1:00pm at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel Reverend Duane Brown officiating. Burial will follow Ector County Cemetery.
George Allen Beane was born in Anton, Texas to Leandrew Beane and Ethel Mae Holmes Beane on October 6, 1950. He graduated from Plains High School .He married Dawn Renee Beane they were married for 42 years. He worked as a truck driver for 25 years. He worked for Vopak . He was retired for the last 2 years. He was a Army veteran. He was an Army Medic from December 6, 1968 thru August 1971
George is preceded in death his parents Leandrew Beane and Ethel May Beane, wife Dawn Renee Beane.
George is survived by, his daughter Tanya kay Beane, sons Tristan Ray Beane, George Anthony Beane his brother Leroy Beane, and sisters Tina Mathis , Ruthie Cooper, and Berline Belcher, , he has 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be George Beanr Jr., Savon Beane, Michael Molinar, Andrew Ortiz, Tristan, Beane, and Alexander Beane

My life will never be the same without my best friend and confidant. He was the only real man (not male) to be in my life for many, many years. We were friends for over 40 years.
I first met George at the age of 22. We won every dance contest held in Odessa as he could dance just like (maybe better) James Brown.
His wife, Dawn, was also my best friend and I will forever miss them both. I know they are once again together forever.
Even though I live in Alaska, we spoke on the phone often ending each call with an "I LOVE YOU!"
There will never be a man as exceptionable as George A. Beane. I will hold him dear to my heart forever.
