CASSELL - George F. J. ''Ike'', 77, of Yarmouthport, died October 24, 2005. Loving husband of Dorothy Jean (Rocha) Cassell; devoted father of George F. Cassell, III, Steven M. Cassell and Deborah Cassell, all of Sandwich, and Janet Brodeau of Dennis; grandfather of Aja, Crystal, Nicholas, Andrew, Matthew and Alexandra; also great-grandfather of Domenic. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He loved life and to him ''Everyday was a gift''. A Funeral will be held Saturday, October 29 at 9:00 A.M. from the Hallett Funeral Home, 273 Station Avenue, South Yarmouth, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 A.M. in St. Pius X Church, Station Avenue, South Yarmouth. Burial will follow in Ancient Cemetery, Yarmouthport. Friends and relatives are invited to call at the funeral home on Friday, October 28, from 5 to 8 P.M. Donations in his memory may be made to the Massachusetts General Hospital, Brain Tumor Center, Development Office, Suite 600, 165 Cambridge Street, Boston, MA 02114 (www.hallettfuneralhome.com).
