Dear Anne and Family,
Please know you're in our thoughts and prayers. George was one of a kind! We're so happy we got to visit during our mother's 85th birthday party in February, 2015. You and George made it to Lebanon on that snowy day! We treasure all the family memories.
With Our Deepest Sympathy,
Phyllis Jean Morrow Wolfe, Ned and Becky Wolfe

I remember Dr. Hohl from Chapel Hill Elementary when I attended there in the 60's. He must have made quite an impression on me since I never forget his face. It's the first time in my life that I ever thought that someone had eyes in the back of their head. He always caught me doing something inappropriate and even made me stand facing a bulletin board in the front office. I remember that to this day! Lesson learned! Regardless, he was a good man and I am so sorry for your loss. I will see him again someday in heaven and truly wish I knew him as an adult. Blessings and Prayers to you and your family.

George was a man of words....kind, caring, and without missing a beat! He helped me in my time of need when I was first searching to find myself in the World Of Public School Administration. He stepped in to help mentor and guide me through the rough times in PS Administration.

George, you will be truly missed by family and colleagues. May I see you again some day in Heaven!

Your friend,
Brian Cooper

George always was kind, thoughtful and forward thinking. It was such a pleasure to work with him in Baltimore County and throughout our tenure on the Alumni Board of Directors at Towson University. George shall be missed immensely upon this earth, but his incredible spirit shall live on in each of us who had the joy of knowing him.

My deepest sympathy to the family of George Hohl. He was a wonderful person, principal, and mentor. When I was a new high school principal in the BCPS, he was supportive and kind, always giving me good advice tempered by his droll sense of humor.
