George Koch Obituary
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the funeral service to be held in the Werson Funeral Home, 635 No. Wood Ave., Linden, N.J., on Friday, May 16, 2014, at 8:30 p.m. Visiting hours will be on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. To send online condolences, please visit www.wersonfuneralhome.com.
George was born in Elizabeth and had lived in Linden before moving to Winfield Park 20 years ago.
He was employed by Westley Winter and Moore, Linden, for 10 years. He was also a member of the Nancy Luzon VFW Post, Roselle Park, N.J.
Surviving are his beloved wife of 45 years, Elizabeth (Hornung) Koch; four loving children, Ann-Margaret Gualtieri and her husband, Richard; Elizabeth Koch; George "Willie" Koch Jr. and his wife, Carrie, and Robert J. Koch and his wife, Dana, and two dear siblings, John P. Koch and his wife, Shirley, and Trudy Milan. He is also survived by eight cherished grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Susan G. Komen For the Cure in his memory would be appreciated.
