George Kong Obituary
July 9, 1950 - October 27, 2017
It is with great sadness that the family of George Onn Fui Kong announces his passing after his courageous battle with ALS on Friday, October 27, 2017, at the age of 67. George was a loving father, husband, and friend to all. A special thank you to the ALS Society of BC and the GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre for their loving care and support. A sincere thank you to the Oliveira Funeral Home for all of the arrangements. George will be sadly missed by his wife, Molly, his son, Andrew, his sister Jenny, his nephew Addison, as well as many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and extended family. A celebration of George's life will be held on Saturday, October 28 at 1 p.m. at Oliveira Funeral Home, 2657 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam.
