Doc,Always enjoyed talking to you at Cypress Head during your afternoon visits. You always had some great stories to tell. Of course we all had to ask your advise on our current medical problems.
I don't know what I'm going to do with all these Tennis Balls now.

I wish to express my sympathy to the family. I worked with Dr. Kosko several years ago At Braddock Hospital (my first job) and I also Knew himwhen he was a resident at Mercy Hospital and i was an X-ray student technologist.

'Doc ' I will miss the great times you and I spent at the '19th' Hole at Cypress Head G. C., talking about everything from soup to nuts. Every once and awhile someone comes into your life and make that life a much beter life. George, this is how your friendship has influenced my life. I will ' Tip ' one every Saturday I am at the 19th hole in your memory. 'Doc' thanks for your friendship and i will miss you tremendously.
