Langenauer, Geroge F., of Crestwood, NY on August 14, 2016. Beloved husband of MaryLynn. Dear father of Jeanne (Christopher) Carter and Barbara (John Paul) Creusat. Loving grandfather of Sofia. Calling hours at the Fred H. McGrath & Son, Funeral Home, Bronxville, between the hours of 5 to 8 pm Wednesday. Mass of Christian Burial, Annunciation Church, Crestwood, on Thursday, August 18 at 10 am.

Mr. Langenauer was my 6th grade teacher at Mamaroneck Avenue School 1956-57, and I am so sorry to hear of his passing. He was the best teacher I ever had. He was always very supportive and positive about our future and made learning challenging and fun. His teaching helped shape me into the person I am today, and I will never forget him. My deepest sympathy to his family and friends.
