Dear Murad Family

I'm sorry I wasn't able to join you when you said goodbye to your husband and father. I have happy memories of Mr Murad when I was growing up in our Golden Valley neighborhood. My thoughts and prayers and with you all...

Hello Murad Family,

I was so sorry to hear about your Dad (he will always be Mr. Murad to me) passing away. I have so many fond memories of him. I can still vividly recall sitting in my bean bag chair and watching Vikings games with my Dad and your Dad. They would get so excited during the game. Jumping up & down and acting like a couple of kids themselves.

He was always so nice to me. To this day, the putter he gave me when I was 10 or 11 years old is in my basement. I see it almost everyday and it gets plenty of use in the winter by myself and the kids as we putt around the basement. It's funny how certain everyday items serve to remind us of people from our past. I will always remember your Dad.

Take comfort during the coming days that many people will fondly recall your Dad. He was a good man and was fortunate to live a long & full life.

God Bless.

Daer Mrs. Murad and Family,

You have my heartfelt sympathy and will be in my prayers. I remembered this photo from an old scrap book and thought I would include it. My dad was out of town and couldn't accompany me to the girl scout father/daughter banquet so Vicki shared George for the evening!

Murad family,

You have our deepest sympathy in the loss of George from all of his friends and the staff of Brookview Golf Course in Golden Valley. George was a great man and a true supporter of Brookview. We missed him at Brookview when he moved and we will continue to think of him and remember him fondly. Our deepest sympathy at this most difficult time for your family.

I'm sure George is playing lots of golf in heaven with his buddy Ken Knabe! Kris Tovson,Brookview Manager

Uncle George -

I think what I'll miss most are those twinkly eyes - you always had a gorgeous smile, an easy laugh and a (far-too-generous) compliment for me. You (like Tony) also gave the most amazing hugs. I hope you and your favorite nephew are enjoying a great golf game - give him one of those hugs for me, will you please?

With much love, your 'favorite niece'....

Mrs. Murad and family,

My deepest sympathy to you all. I am a friend and former co-worker of Lisa's at Wilsons Leather. Lisa's respect and love for her father was very much present in our workplace. What a tribute!
