GEORGE J., 71, passed on April 21, 2015. Beloved husband of Diane Petrellis (nee Drozdowski); father of George E. Petrellis (Mercedes); grandfather of George J. Petrellis; brother of Catherine Mazzucca (Louis). Member of the Avalon Fishing Club. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Friday 6 to 8 P.M. at WETZEL AND SON FUNERAL HOME, 501 Easton Rd., Willow Grove, PA 19090. Viewing Saturday from 9:30 A.M. and Funeral Mass 10:30 A.M. at Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Church, 1325 Upper State Road, North Wales, PA 19454. Int. private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the charity of the donor's choice.

I will always miss George petrelli. Gone but never forgotten. Love you George you were a true friend. Thanks for all the french fries and the hamburgers that you gave to me as a kid. I will always remember that forever.

I'm so very sorry for the loss of George. I grew up knowing him for years as the meat butcher. My father Barney bartended for Joe petrelli's steakhouse for many years. George was a very kind individual and a great friend to many. He will always be missed and loved by myself and my family. Rest in peace George will never forget you. Karen Buttemer

I just found out. George was like second father to me. He taught me a lot in construction and I know should have called but life moves so fast you dont realize how time flies by. Im sorry I didnt get a change to thank him and his family. Everything I am is because of George. I missed him over the years but kept his work ethic with me and always remember were I came from. I went to grade school with George and he took me to my Junior Prom also - real nice guy!! My condolences to his family. My maiden name is Palardy.
