George Steer Obituary
George will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 60 years, Myrna Steer of McTaggart, SK; sons, Blaine (Lorraine) Steer of Yellow Grass, SK, Allan Steer (Bernice Parker) of McTaggart, SK and daughter, Shari (Blair) Adams of Regina, SK; grandchildren, Kyla (Don), Raina, Carter (Monica), Amanda (Tyler), Tamara (Curtis), Matthew, Logan, Montana and Anthony;
great-grandchildren, Shelby, Josie, Lane and Mya; brothers, Don Steer and Harold Steer; sister, Marion Cowan; sister in law, Louise Steer as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
All in attendance are considered Honorary Pallbearers
For friends so wishing, donations may be made in memory of George to the Diabetes Association or Weyburn & District Hospital Foundation.

Blaine--I remember well you and your dad visiting our farm at Pangman back in the Simmental days. You were with him then and have had the pleasure of working together over all these years. He was one of a rare breed who chose to "die with his boots on", Our sincere sympathy and best wishes to all of you. It is evident he was always held in high regard. We know you will take comfort in the wonderful relationships you all enjoyed and the pleasant memories spanning so many years.

Our deepest condolences in the loss of your Dad and Grandfather. He was such a nice man. Him and I had quite a few good visits upstairs at work. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Someone mentioned a white truck passing by. I remember a baby-blue Chevy 4X4 passing by...like clock work. Behind the wheel was a man defining work. One I was privileged and honored to say hello to. My condolences to all.

Myrna George was your husband and best friend.
May he rest in peace.
My Condolences go out to the family.
George loved farming and I had a little chat on Sat. about the good year it was.
He was truly a Great man.
