I just learned of Dr. Theodosiou's death. In the 1980s, at Worcester City Hospital, I was the administrator of the Medical Staff Office. I was honored to work with Dr. Theodosiou and I admired the very positive leadership he undertook in directing the medical staff. He was always gracious and kind in his dealings with me. My deepest condolences to his family.

Dear Nikki: Just learned George had died. I admired him so much and enjoyed him as a SGL and as a friend. He was special and what a life he had - going from Rumania and here and building a distinguished career - quite a feat. My sincerest sympathies to you on this huge loss and may all the beautiful memories be a blessing for you and your daughters.

Fondly, Barbara Resnek

Dear Niki,

I was so sorry to learn today of George´s death. For years, we saw each 2-3
or three times a week each term at Middle Eastern Studies courses at Harvard as well
as at the Wellbridge pool. Last year we met again at the Waverley Oaks pool. I send my
deepest condolences to you and your family.

His seminar on world geography was the first I took at Beacon Hill Seminars; his intellect was intense, the book "dense," and the seminar riveting, the first and one of the best for which I have always been very appreciative. I am saddened by our loss.

George led some wonderful courses at HILR. He was a generous teacher, and had done so much research on the world history he shared with us. He will be missed very much. We send our condolences and good wishes to Niki and his family.

I will miss George mightily. He and I took some classes together and we shared our thoughts and a lot of laughs. I also took many courses from him and learned to like history for the first time.
What a treasure he was. My heartfelt condolences go out to Niki and the family.
