Dear Schaefer family,

If I am correct,Georgia and I were roomates with many other girls in the old Warnick House at the foot of BYU in 1954-55. I was from Nevada, moved to California to finish school & married in Calif and spent the last 35 years in Springville. I am so sorry that our paths didn't cross again so that we could become re-acquainted. It appears she continued to grow into an even more delightful woman and it is my loss that I didn't know her again. I am now in New Zealand where my sweetheart and I are serving a mission. May our Father in Heaven bless you all. SisterBarrus

Marnae and family:

I am so sorry to hear of your mother's death. When you all moved next door to us in Orem in the 70's, it was my introduction to your family and your mom. I will always remember her as a kind and gentle woman, as a talented violinist, and as the mom who let us make no-bake cookies and "sheet cake" (I didn't even know what that was) any time we asked. My thoughts are with you all during this difficult time.

Anyone who could resemble in appearance and the saintly glow of our beloved Aunt Lola must truly be one of Heavenly Fathers choicest daughters. The reunion in heaven must be one for the ages, or should I say: for the eternities.
With deepest sympathy.

Brent, and all the family: I am saddened by the loss of your sister, wife, mother and grandmother. I remember Brent speaking often of how courageous she was through her long and difficult battles with her illness. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Don and famiy, We were so saddened by the news of Georgia's passing. What a true example of Christ like love and service she was. She has left us all a little better by knowing her. Our family's deepest heartfelt sympathy to you all.

I remember third grade at Santaquin very well. I have also said my favorite teacher was Mrs. Schaefer. She brought her violin to school and let each of her students hold it and try to play it. She was a very patient, gentle teacher. When I started working in the lunch room at Payson High school I was pleasantly surprised to find Mr Schaefer there as the librarian. My sympathies are with the family.
