Dear Todd; I just wanted to write a short note on how specail your grandfather was to me and my family. We where neighbors when they lived on Mt Vernon. My family had just moved in next door and my husband was killed in a car accident and your grandparents without any hesitation stepped right up to the plate and took us under their wing. Jerry looked after my son Scott and made him feel he was not alone. They worked on projests together and sometimes just hung out and talk. Your grandmother Jean did the same for myself and my daughter Dena. We had meals together and If I needed anything they would be there. We had a break in one Sunday while we where at church and the frist place we went for help was your grandparents house. Jerry called the police and stayed with me and your Jean keep the kids. I truly believe that they where our guardian angels. After we moved we keep in contract and they came over to see our new home, but as time and years come bewteen saddly that stop. I do know this I have always carried them in my heart and was so very blessed to say that I new them both. Todd may you and your family have peace and comfort in the days ahead. Your grandfather and grandmother as you well know, where very special people with the gift of love for others. God Bless you and your family.

Dear Dennis, So very sorry to hear of the loss of your father. Sounds like he led a remarkable life...I know he raised some very special children, of which you are a fine example. May God richly bless you and your family as you make it through this difficult time. It is great to know, you will see him when you also enter heaven.
