There is not enough space here to express the man that Gerry is and was. I think about him everyday and appreciate the time and fact that he always believed in me even when I question myself. I am doing the best I can but truly lost without you. The bottom line is there are very few if any out there like Gerry Fredericks. I know I never told you enough how much you ment to me but have to believe you knew. Always there for everyone and I have many things to be thankful for because of you. Thank you for being you and always bringing people together and most of all for caring for me and many others. There will never be another Gerry and I hope you help guide me and look after me as you did for so many years. I love you and Diane greatly and wish we had more time, but I cherish every day we shared together. This I recognized all along.

From the reunions, to gathers at the Edge, Gerry was always full of happiness. His kindness and love for everyone will be missed. Gerry and Diane helped Barb during a very rough time while she was caring for her Mother in Anderson then helping move her to Georgia. Our prayers and thoughts are with Diane, the girls and the rest of the family during this time.

Love Lives On
Those we love are never really lost to us - we feel them in so many special ways - through friends they always cared about and dreams they left behind, in beauty that they added to our days... in words of wisdom we still carry with us and memories that never will be gone... Those we love are never really lost to us - For everywhere their special love lives on!

PS thoughts are with Family- Diane, his lovely daughters and their families. His siblings and their families. And The Gerry Construction Family- the guys he worked with for years!

With care, kindness and peace Kim

Gerry and Diane were caring neighbors and friends. Without even being asked, he did kind things for his elderly neighbors, like keeping their driveways plowed in winter so they could get out, and so those in Florida wouldn't be the target of a break in. He also gave young men a chance to start earning a living.
We feel for the grief and loss for Diane and the family.

Sorry for your loss, losing loved ones is never easy, leaving a lasting hole in our lives.

Gerry was always kind and responsive to my many "small job requests", and never charged me enough, but that was Gerry,. leaving another Fredericks legacy of honesty and hard work . . .

Although unable to attend service, our thoughts and Romans 15:13 prayers for the family will be there.

God Bless,
Mark & Shelly Mousty

Can't describe enough, with justice to him, just how great a guy he was. Absolutely top notch friend with a gruff exterior but truly a heart of gold. Always gave people a second chance and a helping hand. The sat morning visits with Concannon's in his arms, the random calls to see how things were going,... My fav pic I have of him is with our daughter on his lap working with his mini. Missed by many, loved by all. Thanks old man for everything.
