Daddy, I Need You!
Daddy, I need you more than anything right now. I´m trying, truly trying, but my heart is shattered into pieces. I know there´s purpose in pain, and that there´s reason behind this loss, but that doesn´t make it any easier.
Losing you after 38 years of love, laughter, and lessons has left a silence I can´t fill. And now, watching Kruz lose her daddy after just shy of five years-it breaks me all over again. The pain is layered, deep, and relentless.
But I´m leaning on the Ox in you, the strength you always carried, the steady force you were for all of us. I need every ounce of that strength now. I feel you with me, Daddy. I know you´re still present, still guiding me.
And I promise, I will carry you with me in everything I do. Always.

No words can fully express the weight of these feelings, but my faith gives me peace knowing that he´s now in a much better place - a place with no pain, no loneliness, and surrounded by love.
Though many of us loved and cared deeply for my father, over the years, we became distant in different ways. For me, that distance began when I moved out at 16. For others, it came from Dad simply being comfortable in solitude - something that became a part of who he was.
Still, none of that ever changed the love we carried. Each of us, in our own way, did what we could - and sometimes more - to let him know we were there, that he was missed, and that he was never forgotten.
So until we see you again, Dad -
We love you forever.
We´ll carry on your name and your legacy - a legacy rooted in pure love, the hope for a better tomorrow, and the faith to build it one day at a time.

I did not know you, but you raised some wonderful daughters. Somalya and Alicia are both wonderful people (I do not know the others, but I'm sure they are as well!) They both speak highly of you and have some great stories about you. You definitely left a legacy through them and made the world a better place! Rest in peace.
